Jenn has an extensive background working with anxiety disorders and is a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP).

Jenn incorporates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies. Jenn partners with clients to develop practical coping skills and create sustainable tools for managing difficult emotions and improving overall well-being.

Jenn earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness from New York University – Steinhardt. She began her career in an outpatient clinic setting, where she facilitated group sessions focused on harm reduction, self-care practices, and the development of healthy interpersonal relationships. She worked extensively with individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, utilizing a collaborative and strengths-based approach to support clients in making meaningful lifestyle changes.

In addition to her outpatient work, Jenn has experience in residential psychiatric care, where she provided emotional support and crisis intervention for adults with developmental disabilities and complex mental health needs. In this role, she also supported individuals transitioning from hospitalization back into the community, helping them navigate the challenges of reintegration while working toward their long-term mental health goals.
