Toni works with adults, couples and teens and has extensive experience helping those with grief and loss, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, substance use, stress management, relationships and trauma. Toni has been a proponent of empowering clients, couples, and families by individualizing treatment based on solution-focused orientation and employing resilience, strengths, and self-awareness.
